Road Maintenance Proposal

To better serve our customers, we are introducing a new program designed to provide a more cost-effective approach to maintaining roadways and parking lots.

Maintenance Program Overview:

• Visual Inspection of Roadways:
  
   
  • Offered every two years or as needed, based on the current condition of the roadway.
    
     
  • Cost: $150 per inspection.
    
     
  • A detailed written summary will be provided following the final inspection.
    
     

Inspection Criteria:

During the inspection, we will assess the following elements:

• Existing road surface conditions and underlying base quality
  
   
• Shoulder integrity and shoulder build-up
  
   
• Condition of ditches and culverts
  
   
• Driveway entrances
  
   
• Encroaching trees and root systems
